Arquelle, a mother of two grown daughters, serves as a technology executive and a champion of social justice. She is dedicated to fostering equity, upholding human rights, and believes in the pivitol role leaders play in influencing discussions and initiatives within corporate communities, ultimately contributing to positive changes in our local communities.
Arquelle serves on the board of PFLAG with a passion to give back to the community that offered her invaluable support. Having experienced firsthand the incredible sense of support and community from the chapter during her daughter’s transition, Arquelle acknowledges the instrumental role it played in her journey as a parent. Grateful for the support and guidance she received, she is dedicated to returning the support to this remarkable community.
Arquelle’s current and previous non-profit experience include serving as executive sponsor for her company’s PrideConnect, WomenConnect and BlackConnect ERGs. She is a board member for the Equinix Foundation and has worked with numerous organizations supporting marginalized communities and social justice initiatives.
