President
Taylor (He/they) is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and is excited to serve as President of the Danville - San Ramon Valley PFLAG chapter.
Having struggled with their identity and orientation, Taylor pridefully draws on his experiences and past to advocate and educate for a world where people can live as their truest, honest selves. Their journey to PFLAG was through his parents, who had found support in PFLAG’s meetings and incredible resources after he came out. While serving as president, Taylor co-teaches gender inclusivity and LGBTQ+ support training.
Taylor completed their undergraduate degree at UCLA with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and is currently pursuing their MFA in Interior Architecture and Design from the Academy of Art. In addition to school, they work for Chabot-Las Positas Community College District overseeing a grant focused on transfer student equity and opportunity.
